Some information about myself

I am a dedicated and result driven business analyst from Toronto Ontario Canada. I had two and half years experience worked in large financial institutions, with large enterprise application development and installation, and small enhancement development, testing and implementation. During my work, I seen a lot of new development in IT technologies and methodologies, include cloud computing, big data and agile development. However, when I describe what I have learned to my mother, who is a PhD student with multiple articles on math education and how technology can improve education with online technology, she is very lacking in the understanding of the concept of recent technological development. So I developed the idea to started my first website project, computeryang.com, to post blogs on IT news, IT trends, tech review, tech events hold in Toronto, and advice and explanation of technologies.
My personal goal is to help older generation and non-IT professionals to understand IT technology in the simplest way possible, without the big fancy terms that everybody pretend to understand. After all, as a Chinese immigrant, I struggled with English in my first few years in Canada. Now, looking at IT and its new IT language, I am pretty sure a lot of people is feeling the same way as I did in the past, AND that is why I want to help.
